About Me

Hi, my name is Ms. Marie Ciolek and I am one of the third grade teachers St. Angela Merici School. I started teaching in 1999 and have been at SAM School since 2022.

I grew up in Parma, Ohio where I attended Holy Family School and then Padua Franciscan High School. Both of my parents are retired teachers. I have two older brothers and a younger sister. My son, Connor, attends Ohio University and studies Sports Management and Marketing. I also have 8 nieces and nephews!

I love to travel and I have been to 28 states and 11 countries. My son and I have been to 18 major league baseball stadiums.

My Education

I attended the University of Dayton where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
