About Me

Hi, my name is Mrs. Leanna Mucha and I am a 2nd grade teacher here at St. Angela Merici Parish School.

I have been teaching since 2000 and started teaching at St. Angela’s in 2025.

I grew up in North Olmsted, Ohio where I attended St. Richard School and I went to North Olmsted High School.

My husband and I have a large family of 6 daughters! Three of them live in Ohio and three of them live out of state. My husband and I rescued an 85 lb Staffordshire Bull Terrier who thinks he is a lapdog! We also have 2 very independent cats.

We are very blessed to have such a full life.

My Education

I attended Cleveland State University where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education.

What do you love about SAM

I love the community of teachers that support one another and their commitment to all students at SAM.

I enjoy helping with sacramental preparation.
