Stations of the Cross and Eucharist Benediction every Friday during Lent at 7:00 p.m. in the church.
Living Stations, April 7 at 7:00 p.m. and April 13 at 1:15 p.m., in the church. There will be no Benediction on Good Friday.
First Friday Eucharist Adoration on April7 following the 8:30 a.m. Mass until 3:00 p.m.
Lenten soup supper
Wednesday, March 29, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Social Hall with guest speaker Fr. Doug Koesel, pastor of Blessed Trinity Parish in Cleveland, featuring his presentation "We are Here: Mission to Haiti." Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and a simple meal of homemade soup, salad, and bread will be served at 6:30 p.m. Speaker begins at 7:00 p.m. There is no charge for attending the Lenten Soup Supper. A freewill offering will be collected for Blessed Trinity and Fr. Koesel's Haitian mission work. The Soup Supper is sponsored by the SAM Social Justice Commission.
Parish retreat April 1 - April 4 | St. Angela Merici Welcomes Deacon Keith Strohm
Deacon Keith Strohm is a nationally known speaker and former Director of Evangelization for the Archdioceses of Chicago. Deacon Strohm will lead us in prayer and reflection, especially on the topic of "passionately pursuing Christ and a life of purpose."
Deacon Strohm will be speaking at all of our weekend Masses on April 1 & April 2.
Please join Deacon Strohm and fellow parishioners for coffee, pastries and a presentation on: April 3 and April 4 at 9:30AM in the Social Hall; and at 7PM in the church on April 3 and April 4.

confessions during lent
In addition to the regular confession schedule (every Saturday from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., or contact a priest by calling the Parish Center at 440-333-2133) and the Diocesan-Wide Evening of Confession on March 15, confessions will be heard on Holy Saturday, April 15, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. or until all are heard.

Taize Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. in the church for an evening of reflective prayer in a setting of candelight and song.

St. Angela Merici offers a Pre-Cana Day Retreat, a program that helps those preparing for marriage within the Church. Married volunteer couples share their own experiences of spirituality, values, and practical matters to help engaged couples prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage. Registration for the St. Angela 2017 Pre-Cana Day, on Saturday, April 1, 2017, in the Social Hall, can be found below.
BYOC (Bring Your Own Catechism)
Join Fr. Tim on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7PM in the Social Hall for a new event called BYOC (Bring Your Own Catechism), which will provide the opportunity for you to bring a beverage of your choice and enjoy some community while also offering a forum for you to ask questions and dive deeper into the Catholic faith through the rich teaching of the Church as presented in its catechism.

Vacation Bible School 2017 | Monday, June 26 - Friday, June 30 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. in the Social Hall
Join the fun this summer at St. Angela Merici's Vacation Bible School 2017 for children entering Kindergarten through 5th grade. This year's theme is "Maker Fun Factory: Created by God, Built for a Purpose." The registration fee is $25 for one child, $40 for two children and $60 for three children. There is a limit of 100 children, so register early!

Theology on Tap is a great way for young adults in their 20's and 30's to go deeper in their faith and connect with other young Catholics in the area.
